Track your order
Here's what happens after you pay, and how to find out exactly where your spit is.
1. Order confirmed
Shopify emails your order confirmation and order number (e.g. #1234) as soon as payment goes through.
2. Built & checked
Mini and Family spits currently dispatch in 5–8 working days. Charcoal spits and covers in 3–5. Cater and Lamb are made to order: 5–10 working days.
3. Handed to the courier
When your spit leaves the workshop you get a shipping email with the courier name and tracking number.
4. Delivered to your door
The courier delivers anywhere in South Africa, usually 2–4 working days after collection (outlying areas can take longer).
Got your tracking number?
Open the shipping email from us and tap the tracking link, or enter the number on the courier's website. No email? Check your spam folder first.
Need an update?
Send us your order number and we'll tell you where your spit is.
